Please read through the following terms carefully. B. Intellectual Property Protection
The contents and design of the Information and the Site, and all materials distributed in conjunction with the Information and the Site, including documentation, are copyright of the Company and certain other affiliates and suppliers of THE COMPANY. All rights are reserved. You may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trade marks (such as "THE COMPANY") or other trade names appearing on the Site or in the Information for any reason without written permission from THE COMPANY.
C. Limitation of Liability
The Information available on the Site or service is for informational purposes only. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the high quality and accuracy of the Information, THE COMPANY makes no warranty, express or implied concerning the Information and the Site, and expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and warranties of merchantability. F. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. You agree to comply with all laws, regulations, obligations and restrictions, which apply to you. You agree that the courts located in Los Angeles have exclusive jurisdiction for any claim, action or dispute under this Agreement. You also agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the State of California. No failure or delay in enforcing any right shall be a waiver of that or any other right. If any term of this Agreement is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall not be affected.
