Placing Your First Order
Placing an order with us4china.com is easy. There's no need to first create an account. All orders can be placed online and we also accept orders by phone (310-325-0100) as well as by fax (310-325-2583).
Finding Items
Users can find the item by typing the key words in search boxes. Keyword search boxes are located on every page of our store.
You may also find links to industry or subject-specific categories in the left navigation bar on all pages. Each main category is broken down into sub-categories for more details. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product information page.
Delivery Method
Hardcopy
Hardcopy (Print & CD-ROM) items are normally shipped by UPS Ground for domestic orders. For Overseas orders, they are generally shipped by air couriers.
Online Download
If you order an "online download" item, a Download Now button is displayed, which appears after completing the credit card transaction. Click Download Now button to download the report. The reports are either in PDF, Microsoft Word or Excel format.
Please note that you must complete and submit shipping information, same as billing address, with ALL purchases for hardcopy, email delivery and instant download items.
If you miss the download, alternatively, you can come back to the Order Status page later (even from a different computer) and download the item. You can always get to your Order Status page using the URL from the Order Confirmation email.
Steps for ONLINE DOWNLOAD purchases:
1. Select item(s)
2. Pay by credit card
3. Click "Download Now" button in Order Confirmation Page
4. Download file
5. Select the type of program to open the file. You can find out the format
information at each product page

Email delivery
If you order an "email delivery" item, the item will be sent to you via email by next business day.
Billing Address
The Billing Address must be correctly filled in for our system to verify the credit card address information. Please provide your valid email address as well. Emailing is the main communication method for us to notify you of delivery status and providing after-sales service.
Method of Payment
All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.
ORDERING OFFLINE
You can also order from us by calling, faxing or mailing us. We welcome Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. We also accept company or cashier's checks, money orders or wire transfer denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders.
Order by wire transfer
(Please add US$15.00 for each wire transfer for any purchase under US$500.00.)
Please email sales@us4china.com for our banking account details. Make sure you fax the wire transfer receipt when you pay by wire transfer in order for faster handling of your orders.
International Orders
Orders from outside the USA are welcome. Please order directly from our online store. You can also fax or mail us your orders. |
